Wooden Boxes
Built-Rite wooden boxes are high-quality, handcrafted containers designed for durability and functionality. They are perfect for storage, transportation, and display, offering both strength and an attractive, rustic aesthetic. Common applications include heavy machinery components, automotive parts, industrial tooling, and any product where rigid all-wood construction is required to withstand stacking, rough handling, or long-distance freight.
We can build wooden boxes in virtually any dimension, with options for reinforced corners, internal bracing, custom interior fittings, and heat-treated (ISPM-15 compliant) lumber for international export.
Cleated Plywood Boxes
Constructed with plywood panels reinforced with wood cleats, these boxes offer a balance of strength and affordability. Capable of handling a wide range of weights and sizes for both export and domestic shipping, cleated plywood boxes are an excellent choice when you need reliable protection without the cost or weight of solid-wood construction.
These boxes are widely used for electronics, smaller industrial components, fragile assemblies, and any shipment where reducing total package weight helps control freight costs. Like our all-wood boxes, cleated plywood boxes can be built to ISPM-15 export standards and customized with internal bracing, foam inserts, or specialized hardware.
Custom Built to Your Specifications
Every box we manufacture starts with your product's specifications. Using our advanced Creo Design System, we create detailed 3D models before any wood is cut — optimizing material usage, confirming fit, and giving you a chance to review the design before production begins.
If your shipment includes irregular or fragile items, we can integrate blocking and dunnage or custom cradles directly into the box design. For international shipments, our export services team handles all ISPM-15 documentation and treatment requirements.
